Your sinuses are supposed to look like this...
The doctor called yesterday with the results from my CT scan. I wasn't home but he told Rob that it was pretty bad. He asked how bad. The doc said my sinuses were completely filled with infection and if not treated could eat through the tissue/bone and get to my brain...oh lovely! I would like to see the CT scan of my sinuses but evidently they look kinda like this...
So now I get to go the the ENT. Man, I thought we were done with him after Trevor got his tubes!

Holy crap! I had a sinus infection last year and I wanted to die. Yours sounds way worse! I hope you get it taken care of quickly so you can feel better!

Gross! A while back (in Chicago) I had something show up in my x-rays from the dentist, so he suggested I go to the ENT to check it out. I got an MRI and it ended up being a mucus retention cyst! Lovely. It's still there, too. I've seen it again in my dentist x-rays here! I guess nothing I can really do about it! -Allyson
