Bear Lake 2008

We had our 2nd annual Bear Lake weekend with Rob's family a couple weeks ago. We started the weekend on Friday night with dinner and a family photo in our backyard.

Saturday morning we headed to Bear Lake for a day of relaxing and playing in the sand and lake. This year we rented wave runners and had lots of fun cruisin' the lake!

Rob and Landon

Me and Mary Anne
My sister joined us for the weekend since it was her last weekend alone until Dusty came home from Army ROTC training in Washington. I was really praying that the choppy waters and bumpy ride wouldn't make her go into labor. Now that Dusty is home, she can have that baby anytime :o)

Funny story...now picture in your mind Picture #1 and Picture #2 happening in like 2 seconds...with Mary Anne being 37 weeks pregnant! It was quite the hilarious moment...Mary Anne flew up on the wave runner with such style and grace! And if you know Mary Anne....can't you just hear her laugh! Love that girl!!

~This year the kids all wanted to be buried in the sand~

when mary anne told me she rode on a jet ski i said, "kirsten!!" but then i thought about it and i would have do it too! i love her laugh. i have to tell my husband that he isn't really that funny, mary anne just makes people think they are funnier because of that laugh.

What fun! I was thinking as I scrolled down, "Is she trying to get up on that thing?" and in the next picture "Yes, she sure is-and she did!" And I can totally see/hear the laugh just by looking at the picture! Wish I could have been there!

that was so much fun to go with you guys! I really didn't realize I was intruding on a Barton Family get-together, but I'm kinda glad I did :) I must admit, that was a pretty hilarious experience getting on that jet ski. I'm just glad there isn't a picture 1 1/2, because that one could have been embarassing...it was so worth it though! Thanks for taking me on a ride!
