Honey Wheat Conditioner

Ashlee: This is good bread. What kind is it?

Rob: Honey wheat.

Ashlee: Honey?

Rob: Yeah, it has honey in it. Let's see what else it has in it... flour, water, gluten, corn syrup, honey, yeast, vegetable oil, brown sugar, salt, dough conditioner...

Ashlee: Conditioner? Like you put in your hair?

Rob: No. It's like this stuff here [pulls can of dough enhancer out of cupboard] that I put in bread. It makes the bread stay softer and have a smoother texture.

Ashlee: So it is like hair conditioner.

Rob: I guess it is.
